US/UK/India Outsourcing Advisory and Training.

How do organizations build competitive advantage across culture while preserving the cost savings derived from the outsourcing strategy?   A global petrochemical company was experiencing both tactical and strategic challenges to their overall outsourcing strategy in India.  Certain communication challenges, management style differences, information sharing opportunities and relationship building difficulties had been identified and the need to define best practices on both sides of the issue became apparent.  A collaborative training initiative was designed and facilitated to raise awareness, improve communications, develop effective partnerships and implement best practices for overall operations success.  Result:  Improved communications on all sides.  Enhanced partnerships were established and best practices were identified and put into practice.
